Seven Practical Applications of NLP

In the publishing information, it does say that the book is 110 pages, but even if you are aware of that, you don't know how large those pages are. It's almost 110 pages, yes, (it starts on page 6 and ends with page 108) but before purchase, please bear in mind that the book is small and thin.If you're looking for brevity, it's quite a good little book, but I think that the extension of the title: "How to use NLP in hypnosis, Business, Health, Coaching, Sport, Education and Public Speaking" is probably overselling it a little. It's a useful overview of these applications of NLP. Of course you're not going to know more than an outline of 'How to use NLP in hypnosis, etc etc' from reading this short book. The topics are however effectively summarised.The introduction is by Dr Bandler, and first chapter is by Kate Benson in the form of an interview of Dr Bandler about the application of NLP in hypnosis. The rest is separated into chapters by various well-known NLP experts and authors, such as John LaValle, Owen Fitzpatrick and Kate Benson.
