Fabulous Skate! Here's Why
*2 year update: Still holding up with wheel changes and hard use, even with more demanding tricks like toe spins. *1 year update: These things are still and more amazing. Weekly use and plenty of scratches, but sturdy sturdy sturdy. They fit now like my fav pair of scunchbacks.* Wow! Just wow. I've been trying a few Rollerblade skates: RB Cruiser W, Zetrablade Elite, Bladerunner....but these are awesome. My favorite, with the Bladerunners a close second for functionality and comfort. I need a lightweight skate for artistic skating; and so far, I love the Rollerblade fitness line for that very purpose! 1.) The frames. Composite, but can stand up to skate dance and slalom! At first I didn't love that feature, but it's as tough as aluminum frames. And way, WAAAY lighter. In typical Rollerblade fashion, these have nice short frames that are only as long as the boot, so SUPER maneuverable. I took the stock wheels off to replace them with 85A (I like a nice hard wheel) and rockered these 76-80-80-76 for extra maneuverability. 2.) The wheels on these are super zippy compared to the Bladerunner, so I would rate them Intermediate, which is where I'm at, but a beginner might have some issues with them. Axles are very durable quality steel. 3.) Nice, THICK laces, with lacing options farther up the skate if you want it. Definitely like this system better than the Elite, makes for a nice, snug fit. Keeps the feet tight and placed well. 4.) Speaking of a snug fit, these have a plushy integrated liner that's a bit high, so I like that extra stability around the ankle. 5.) True to Size! I am a women's 9, with narrow feet. Perfect fit. Perfect. I did say these had a nice snug fit, didn't I? I like to be able to put my foot exactly where I'm skating, whether it's crossovers or spins, so these are great! 6.) Breathable AND plastic capped toe. Important! Bladerunner and Elite do not have plastic capped toes. I personally like this because I do a lot of tricks with my toe wheels. All in all, my new personal favorites! My only regret is I wish I had found these before. Cheers!

Awesome quality & nostalgic feelings
At 38 years old, I’m finding fun ways to move my body. One way is to revisit my love for rollerblading. As a kid, I loved it and was decent at it but as an adult, it’s taking a little used to being so high off the ground. This rollerblades have a great quality, seem very durable, easy to skate with and a great value for the float. I feel pretty safe with them thanks to secure buckles and long layout of wheels. I definitely recommend wrist guards and a helmet as well if you’re an adult like me. Haven’t fallen yet but the idea of it seems a little scary. Still having SO much fun and love going out with my neice and nephew to bike/blade.

They’re worth it - get them and start having fun while exercising!
For the price point, these are a great intro into the world of rollerblading. I’ve been rollerblading for a month and was hoping my snow skiing would transfer over and am pleased I went with the Rollerblade brand. I’ve already got my eye on an upgrade Rollerblade (over $300) in the future should I stick with the hobby. I rollerblade with my GSD and we both really enjoy the activity! From other reviews, I’ll get years of enjoyment out of these and am looking forward to improving every day. Had my first wipe out recently, and though they have some scuffs from the impact, they protected my ankles very well and the scuffs were minimal considering the impact. Obviously I also had my Rollerblade knee pads and elbow pads and suffered no injuries! I am using another brand wrist guard because the wrist guards felt like I’d slip more if I fell with them because of the metal guard it has instead of plastic. However,, as I progress I think I’ll switch to that wrist guard since the quality is better. I think that’d just me being scared of slipping too much with the metal piece. They’re not heavy and fit great. My foot is wide and I think these are very comfortable. Don’t hesitate - get them and start roller blading!!

Comfortable and high quality.
Love, love, love these rollerblades. They are true to size and the wide width are actually wide enough in the toe box to be comfortable. They are easy to put on, are snug, and comfortable for wearing for over an hour of blading. I recommend.

Little tight but seem good quality
I just got these today. I've only tried them on and tested in the house. I normally wear US women's 9 but ordered an 8 going off the size chart. My toes are at the end, not necessarily uncomfortably but maybe could have done a 9 instead. I have a wide calf but can still fasten buckle no issue. Wheels roll nicely, ankle support seems good, fairly comfortable. Will update after a trip to the roller rink. UPDATE: went to the local roller rink. They roll great, fit a little tight, and my feet hurt after an hour. I think with some padding at the bottom of the foot would help. But overall great skates.

Perfect sizing, could be tighter on the ankles though.
I was afraid that these wouldn’t fit me but the sizing is perfect! It was soooo tight at first so I kept it on the whole day so i could break it in and it fit my feet better! The hard boot is tough and wont break easily unlike soft boots, the brake pad sticks out a lot so idk if thats a plus or minus. Maybe its just me because I’m so used to braking with a toe pick that I end up eating the curb lol. I bought these because I do ice skating recreationally and was afraid I would forget how to and also I wasn’t sure if I liked roller blading at first, but now that I started I have trouble putting it down. I think these are good for beginners but I wouldn’t be the person who can recommend it. I thought it was a bit pricey but I would rather have expensive shoes that last for years. So the price was a bit high but worth investing in. I had some concerns with the sizing because my feet always had trouble fitting normal shoes but this skates fit me better, I wish the ankle part was tighter though or some way to make it tighter. I cant really size down or else it will be too tight. Important note: Please, please, PLEASE buy protective gear. If you cant afford high end ones even basic ones will do, or the bare minimum of a helmet. It is so easy to break your spine with this sport and if possible invest in a good hip pad for falling.
