For me, I sized up to a large because I also fear the wind blowing and opening the front of the dress, so wrapping it to my hip both covers my chest and prevents a full-frontal. LOLCOLOR NOTE: It's hard to tell in the image, but this dress is a pale pink and not grey & off-white as it appears on my screen. I know not everyone wants to wear pink, so fyi...QUALITY: The material is not the best (wrinkles a bit), but it's not garbage either. For Summer, it's perfectly light and my only gripe is that the ruffled collar accent isn't lined - so when it flips over from wind and wear, it shows the "bad side" of the fabric. If this were a $60+ dress, I'd be upset, but I'm not expecting high quality like lining and detailed trim for such a low-cost garment. I was glad for the reviews saying how difficult it is to find the hole in the seam for the wrap cord.. I looked and looked and eventually found it. The hole is super small and hidden which is nice but also frustrating when you aren't sure where to look.
