Vitamin b's
I always take vitamin b as well as other supplements never tried this brand. The capsules aren't the smallest but they aren't too bad to swallow they do smell strong though I love mushrooms but not keen on the smell of these.60 tablets 2 months supply if you take one a day, one months supply if you take two a day I'm just taking the one. They are expensive especially if you only have a months supply with taking two a day.Well packed in nice glass bottle and sealed. Decent quality. Recommend. Thank you

Good daily maintenance dose of Vitamin B
B vitamins are a class of water-soluble vitamins that play important roles in cell metabolism and synthesis of red blood cells. They help your body to turn food into energy. Therefore, with a good balanced diet you don't really need a high dosage. I was looking for a fairly low maintenance dose and these seem to fit the bill. The directions say take one or two capsules daily, so I can just take one and the bottle will last me for 2 months. They contain all the essential B vitamins plus traces of other minerals, ingredients are listed on the side of the bottle. One good thing is that they are suitable for vegans. They are rather expensive at nearly £20 a bottle though.

2 months supply, no nasties included
Vitamin B Food Based ComplexI have only recently began taking a Vitamin B complex as it was suggested to me that I may possibly be deficient in this Vitamin. I have only been taking these for a short time so I cannot say how effective they may be?I often pay attention to packaging when purchasing, a quality wrapper often hints at a quality product. This Vitamin B Complex is supplied in a good quality black glass bottle with a pressed metal screw on lid, so all good so far. According to the label, all ingredients are food based, so this complex should be readily absorbed into the body far better than synthetic ingredients. I was also pleased to find that there are no added fillers, binders or other kind of nasties included in this product. Often those extras are said to be safe to consume, but I prefer not to consume them myself. There are 60 capsules provided in this bottle. The daily dose is between 1 or 2 capsules per day, so there is 2 months supply here if you stick to the minimum dose. If you already consume meat, eggs and fish regularly then there is a good source of Vitamin B in those foods so a single capsule top up may be all that is needed?I found these easy to swallow with a little water. I could detect no nasty taste or odour, no wind, bloating, or after effects suffered either.CONTENTS:60 x CapsulesThank you for reading my review, I hope you have found it helpful.

Doesn't do anything
Probably a nice idea to have plant based vitamins but they don't seem to do anything for me.

Good Vit B complex formulation with wonderful addition of magnesium and mushroom
Very interesting formulation providing not only 8 of the essential B vitamins in a bioavailable form but also magnesium a mineral that is needed in times of stress. Link nutrition has also included a very small amount of vitamin C 15mg which is just 19% NDR however they then include beneficial cordyceps mushrooms.I like the aroma in the glass bottle, I can’t describe it but it smells ‘tasty’, the large capsule is easy to swallow and I didn’t experience any after taste. The free-from information is clearly stated being gluten free, great to know as I am a coeliac and like to see this written on the bottle rather than assuming that it should be. The only allergen that is present is soy in the form of ‘fermented non hexane washed soya’, they have been so careful with all the other ingredients I wonder if they could not have found another substance instead of soya. The daily recommended dose of 2 capsules with or without food provides for one months supply. At the current price of £ 19.95 it works out to 66pence a day, of course you can take one capsule bringing it to a more affordable price. The BBD is 12.2022 so reasonably fresh however this is just one to two months supply so will be consumed before the end of the year.
