Update: After my initial review I was contacted by Hansang and they really tried to find a solution and even offered to give me a full refund without returning the bulbs. That was an extremely generous offer but didn't seem fair given their attempts to handle things. Well, I was ready to chalk it all up to a LED bulb model to avoid in the future when I received a new message requesting some additional info, which I provided. The customer support representative said that she would take my information and pass it along to the relevant team in manufacturing to correct the issue going forward. Long story short: The conversation was extremely helpful and lead me to ask whether they would be willing to send me a set of differently shaped 4000K LED bulbs with candelabra bases and they not only agreed, but they also sent them to me, on a Sunday, with a same-day shipping service. The new bulbs are perfect in color (true 4000K) and have great light output. That kind of service is very rare in my experience, and I really want to praise the customer support representative Julia who helped me get a solution. I am changing my review rating to 5-stars as a result, and I'd give them more if I could. This is a brand that I will not hesitate to use going forward. Original review: I wanted to like these LED replacement bulbs as they were on sale. But they are mis-labeled and are not 4000K bulbs. They are likely 5000K bulbs as they are too bluish compared to real 4000K bulbs (maybe that's why they were on sale?). I can't recommend them since the quality control is totally lacking.

These are LEDs, so you know they're energy-efficient. What I wasn't sure about at the time of purchase was how bright they would be, and they haven't disappointed! In fact, they're brighter than I could have hoped, and perhaps even too bright for my setting, but better to err on that side than it be too dark in the room. The white surface of the bulb provides better brightness than a clear surface, and these bulbs definitely provide "cool" sun-type light. Do NOT get these if you are expecting warm yellow light. This is cool white/blue light. This 6-pack will likely last me for the next decade, so in terms of long-term value, the price is excellent.

I installed them on a ceiling fan, they are nice and bright and likely long lasting and energy efficient. However, they strobe when dimmed so the incandescents were reinstalled. Update: Seller reached out and offered a refund, which is very honorable long after a period they didn't have to. The overall rating was raised to 4 stars. It's not a low-end bulb but more the style that is the issue as its not my first rodeo trying to replace this bulb. If you don't require the dimming feature this has a great color and brightness especially if your fixture is higher up knowing you wont be replacing them near as often.

The price was right I wish I had gotten a different color as the led light is super white and bright. I needed more of a yellow white to lessen the harshness. However if you like bright white this definitely delivers on its promise. Ive had them in several months with no issues in my ceiling fan globe lights.

I bought these for the bathroom vanity lights - I already had LED bulbs installed 8 years ago but one went out, and it's ridiculously expensive to buy just one at H Depot. The 6-pack from Hansang came nicely packaged in a box and cradled in a plastic tray so that the bulbs would be safe during shipping. Other bulbs I have bought in the past from elsewhere were just thrown inside a ziplock and then a soft package. I can't rate it on longevity since I just got them, but lifespan of 30,000 hours? I'll say probably not... If we turn these on for maybe 2 hours a day every day this would mean 41 years. Given that my last one lasted 8 years, I'd actually be happy with that life in these bulbs. Overall, good price and good light color and brightness.

Provides good light but only lasted 9 months for one of the light bulbs so far. Their description said 30000 hours which is equivalent to 10 years.

Gives off nice light

I bought these lights 8 months ago and 2 are already burnt out. I would not recommend these for the price. Didn't even last a year. Update: 3 are burnt out after 8 months. These are garbage
