This is the best fish sauce I’ve used! It has an amazing flavor and clean label compared to other fish sauces I’ve tried. It adds an umami to anything I cook, from Asian Stir Fry’s to Italian dishes. A little goes a long way, and it’s definitely worth the upgrade! Delicious!

A spice so good, especially when mixed with fish,chicken and white rice

The most expensive fish sauce I’ve ever bought, and it wasn’t enjoyable at all in any dish I made. Maybe I got a bad bottle or something, but it made dishes like pad Thai and pad kra poa almost inedible.

Love the brand and in particular the Phamily Reserve fish sauce. Unfortunately I have yet to find the best use for this version. I’ll keep looking for where it fits in my cooking arsenal.

Got the Hardwood Smoked flavor to try and it did not disappoint! A little smokey, but it doesn't take away from the umami flavor. Red boat is my favorite fish sauce and the only fish sauce I will ever buy.
