The madeleine's are delicious! Love them! I ordered two containers, was billed for two and yet only one was delivered. I reached out to the seller about this, requested a refund and received a response within 24 hours. I then provided a very detailed response regarding the particular circumstances of my situation/the larger backstory and continued to very politely asked again for a requested refund. With the next 24 hours of sending that email, the vendor replied that they appreciated my background situational details and understood the challenges of the situation. The vendor further wrote that the refund was in the process and that I would receive an email from Amazon accordingly. I received the Amazon email shortly thereafter regarding the upcoming refund. In addition to a delicious product, the customer service was consistently timely, professional and accommodating.

Love this product. Each cake comes nicely individually wrapped. It takes a long time to ship and receive. Not what I expected from Amazon delivery.

They had this package at work and after I had one I just had to have them at home. Very conveniently individually packaged to take on the go and we’re very fresh.

This is usually a great product. But the ones sent are just about at the end of their sale-able date and they are not fresh tasting at all. Very dry for the most part and very disappointing.

Madeleine is my favorite cookie. These are very good. Fresh. Not broken. Individually wrapped. They’re great to have when a friend drops by for tea or coffee. And priced reasonably. Arrived very quickly. I will order again.
