Perfect Fit and Replacement for Damaged Insert
I had to replace one of my tripod inserts due to wind damage. The insert would not telescope smoothly into the tripod body due to being slightly bent. These were reasonably priced and worked as good as new.

Great for converting light tree stand into speaker stand
Work well. One of my stands is bigger than other so i just used electric tape to make it a more snug fit
