no batteries in the shipment
the clocks are adorable, but were packed in a large box with a cast iron pan, one of the clocks was open, the back of the clock was loose in the box and there were no batteries

Calidad muy baja
Compré en la Selva Negra uno muy parecido y la calidad de los materiales que contiene es muy superior a este. No me gustó la calidad, mala. Tampoco están acordes la hora con el sonido del cucú.

Not worth what I paid for it.
Clock itself is nice but smaller than I thought it would be. The back does not stay on it doesn't keep time for almost a$100. thought it would be better than it is. A bit disappointing.

Not working properly
I got a similar one for xmas from Germany and also did not chime on time, one hour off and now it does not chime at all anymore. Wrote to manufacturer several time and followed all their advise and nothing. Very disappointing and might have to purchase one from a different manufacturer with a 5 star rating.

DO NOT WASTE MONEY
This is NOT made of wood! It is a laminit wood and plastic, the amount of chimes don't even match the time, it's pretty to look at but is not worth 95.00 (shipping added) it's very small and isn't much. Be careful with your purchase!!!

Nice little clock. But I paid 25$ for delivery and box was opened and a part broken. Package was delivered by Canada Post. Bad handeling for the money I paid.
