The taste is truly jasmine, truly fragrant, truly touches the taste buds in the best way! . I used it to make turmeric rice. Be sure to soak/rinse rise as per instructions. Came out well in my recipe each time except the one time where the rice came out sticky. I think it could have been that i used too much liquid per cup of rice. Otherwise i recommned purchasing it here unless you can find it elsewhere at less cost . I found it expensive on Amazon.

First off rinse your rice at least three times then soak your rice overnight that way the cooking time is shorter. About 1and1/4 rice to equal parts water if you soaked it overnight, soon as the water boils turn the stove down to 1 if electric stove cook 5 minutes longer pull off the stove and let set some where around 12 minutes longer covered

rice cooks up well!

EDIT: I previously said they ripped me off and never sent the package. But i did finally receive the package. It was late by over a week, but that is likely due to the circumstance. So i retract that statement. Good rice.
