Excellent quality and nice, large size
The sign is made of durable, thick plastic which I expect will last for several years to come. It's large enough to see and read easily. The sign does not come with holes. I drilled 2 holes at the top and 2 at the bottom, then I used a zip tie on both ends to attach it to the fence. Our parking lot has reserved spots but the paint wore off on the asphalt, so visitors always park in the reserved spots. I have a disabled neighbor, that can barely walk, that always has an issue with visitors parking in his spot. So I decided to hang this sign as a gift for him because it pains me to see him struggle and he's a wonderful neighbor. I hope this sign will deter visitors from parking in his spot moving forward.I recommend this sign to family and friends. You can't beat the quality for the price. The delivery was fast, as always. Good Quality Sign - Recommended
This "Tenant Parking Only" sign is a fairly large, easy to read sign that sends a very clear message, "Don't park in my spot!". The sign is made from heavy plastic and it should hold up over time. It does not have predrilled holes for mounting, but it is easy enough to drill your own.Recommended!CFH

Stay off my street
I bought this because the neighbor's inconsiderate friends would park in front of our house in our little indented parking spot, designated for the tenants. Many nice notes didn't do the trick, but this sure did. I bought two and nailed them to either side of a wood piece and put it in the ground. No more neighbor issues.
