OK, so ignore all the negative posts regarding difficulty with gas bottle sizes, this product is BRILLIANT!, and it really is not an issue if you use your grey matter and do a little research first. Amazing for the price, really well made (I don't know how they do it for the price!), sturdy, puts out loads of heat, can't fault it at all. We love it! I assembled it myself (and I'm a girl), it was dead easy and my partner only aided at the very end to hold the top while I reached the last nuts (a ladder helps here too so you don't have to tilt it). It took me around half hour. No, 9kg gas bottles aren't available in UK, but there are others that are absolutely fine. The problem people are having I think is not to do with the KG size of bottle, but more to do with the varying supplier brands and their bottle measurements, and the varying regulators, which each have different sizes and pressure. Calor Gas bottles measure larger than Flogas for the same size KG for example. We measured the space available for the bottle after putting it together (33cm width max, and 58cm height max) and then researched the measurements of bottles available with each supplier, and their regulators. Propane bottles don't often use the same size regulators as Patio Gas bottles even though they are both Propane Gas, which is where people get confused I think. Yes, you can always buy a different regulator to fit and they are cheap, but the varying size regulators also have varying mbar pressure, so may not necessarily have enough pressure to use the heater to its highest setting. It will work but not anywhere near as hot. Butane for example works, its cheaper and you can fit a 13kg Flogas, you can but a £7 regulator to fit, but the regulator is only 29 mbar so doesn't kick out enough heat. It needs 37 mbar to really do its job. The Patio Heater comes with a 27 mm snap on (size and type) 37mbar (pressure) regulator provided for a reason; it is the right pressure to work to full heat, and it connects to PATIO Gas Bottles. Flogas do an 11kg Patio Gas (Green gas bottle) which fits into those measurements, and uses the regulator supplied with the heater. An economical kg, and fits fine. Yes, it sits ever so slightly on one of the base bolts instead of inside it, but this really is NOT an issue as one post mentioned, the bottle is not unstable. Zoom in on the photo to see for yourself. If you want to look for a bottle that is less than 27cm in width so it fits inside the bolts, do, but it will likely be so small it wont be economical. So there are lots of options but if you want a big economical bottle, that fits the regulator supplied, pumps out maximum heat, the Flogas 11kg Green Patio Gas bottle works great.

great quality patio heater cover. I bought this to go with my amazon basics stainless steel patio heater and it fits and works great. there are 2 ventilation flaps to stop the build up of condensation inside and the cove goes all the way to the base of the heater. the material is heavy duty and looks great. As the heater itself if pretty tall i had to stand on a chair to fit it but this didn't cause any problems for me. justt bear this in mind though that yo may need some steps or something to help you fit it. To be honest though i guess that would be the same for any cover you used for this heater. Many of the covers i looked at were not long enough for the amazon heater so also bear that in mind when looking for a cover. because the cover is specifically made for the amazon basics patio heater its a great fit so doesn't flap around in the wind. the main pole section is a good fit around the pole not like some others i had looked at again stopping it flapping in the wind. this also stops it catching the wind. in the recent strong winds we had i tired some rope round mine to the fence in case it got blown over but it didn't seem to move hardly at all, so i'm really pleased. I have the base of the heater filled with sand and the gas bottle is in there as well so this also helps. All in all though a great cover so far i'm really happy with it we'll just have to see how it fairs the winter but i expect it will do well looking at the quality and performance so far.

This is a very well designed cover with a quality feel. Separate top and side zips make it very easy to put it on (albeit a stepladder makes the job easier). Chose this as well because it has vents built into it to avoid condensation building up and ruining both the heater and the cover. Highly recommended.

i must say firstly, do not be disillusioned with the title 'Amazonbasics'. this is purely based on packaging and keeping costs low. This product is amazing. it is a thick woven fabric material, far from being 'basic'. it is very much high quality, i was so impressed with the thickness and quality of this. the zip and fasteners seem sturdy and durable. unfortunately i had to return mine as my heater is very large. i bought it from costco. its height is 235 cm tall and has a triangular top plat which again is too large for this cover. it is also worth pointing out this cover is tailored ie. the top part is made for a square top plate on your heater rather than a triangular one. Although there is a nice tailored part so it can fit snug around the top and stops it all flapping about. so here is the thing, although i had to return mine, i have tried to get other ones, for more money too, and neither are as great quality as this. just check your measurements first as if yours does not fit you will be disappointed with lesser quality covers elsewhere. if yours is the same measurements then 100% buy this amazing cover.

Well made thick canvas material, good construction with two zips and venting to help air circulation. Fits perfectly, Shame there is no more colour options but a great cover nonetheless. Only didn't give 5 stars due to colour choice limitation

I delayed the purchase of this cover as I was convinced it would be poor quality due to the price point. I’m an idiot the cover is great quality and a great price. It looks good in black and fits the heater like a glove. Please don’t be put off, it is 1000% better than what you are thinking right now, you won’t be disappointed.

Not the cheapest you can get, but nor is it the most expensive. This is great quality with strong material and is a great fit to replace our original cover that ripped in high winds. Confident it will last well, very pleased with our choice

I had another cover that was thinner than this one, wasn't form fitting like this one and was a pain to put on. The way this one zips and fits the form of the heater makes it easier to put on. It fits perfectly and does a great job of protecting my heater. I would buy again.

Cover very quickly but waited until the actual heater came. Appears to be quite curable but I would have preferred more reinforcement on the top since the heater hood has wing nuts that may in weather tear at the wing nuts. A little pricey but it is fairly good quality and quite thick - have to see how it handles the weather.
