I am very much involved in Young Living Oil and wanted to find a necklace to diffuse my oils. This was great beyond my expectation. The metal is shined and looks as if it is a highly priced locket. I can wear with a dressy dress for evening or casually with a jeans outfit. After putting too much oil in it and wanting the oil sent to disapate I rinse it in rubbing alcohol and then ran under hot water. The locket still looked as new. It is stainless steel,and I would say of the quality of medical instruments. I bought the other style of the butterfly and then reordered 5 more to give as Christmas gifts. The locket comes in a sealed zip plastic bag along with the oil pads in another zip locked back and then all encased in a black velvet bag. I would highly recomend it. This particular locket has charms attached. There was a concern from another buyer about a charm falling off. As with any charm just place it back on and tighten the loop. I would recomend this product to anyone. The pads are heavy duty and can be washed then air dried. This is a very cool necklace.
