Poor quality filter likely damaging to your lens
Not fit for purpose, poor design means that tight cpl ring will cause the lens thread to over tighten and lock onto your lens, this filter is highly likely to cause damage to your expensive lens. I would avoid at all costs and spend the extra £5 on a Hoya filter. What’s more, the lens causes severe light aberrations and increases chromatic aberration visably. Returned within 3 minutes of opening.

A step up from my 'cheapy'
Got all the DSLR stuff, but wanted a CPL for my bridge camera. Initially bought a cheap one because I wasn't sure how much I'd use it, especially for landscapes. However, the camera is so light and versatile that I find that I now use the DSLR very little, so I looked for upgraded filters for the bridge. The CPL is the most important, of course, so I tried this as a first go, and I've not been disappointed. Yes, I could spend a fortune on really good filters, but for an enthusiastic amateur of advancing years, this will do nicely. I have used it for a few weeks, and have been very pleasantly surprised at the results. Very good value.

Well made filter.
I use this for product photography and also on location for interior shots and it works perfectly. Smooth adjustment and no colour cast. Recommended.

How the heck are you supposed to turn the CPL?
My big issue is that the CPL is so narrow and stiff, it is nigh on impossible to turn it independently of the actual filter housing. My workaround (which will probably end one day with the filter falling of the lens) is to gently tighten the filter onto the lens and then turn it as if taking it off until the desired polarising effect is created. Is there a trick to this?

Good CPL with no image degrading
Brilliant value for money and the quality is excellent. Looks a lot more costly than it is. Images look excellent with no visible degrading of quality. Recommended.

Ok for the price
Good overall but does have a cheaper feel and has a slight effect on the image in terms of vignetting
