I read the reviews before I purchased this for my new golden pup, thought it might be too good to be true when I took it out of the box, but this is my girl's favorite toy. It's the only one she plays for a long time independently with (long for a 9 week old puppy) and the squeak is only mildly annoying ;)

My pups LOVE this octopus toy - now, it doesn’t last forever but it lasts a LONG time, WAY longer than any other toy and these pups are aggressive chewers. The squeaky portion is also not the ear shattering squeak that a lot of toys have. I got the small, but I am going to get the medium next time because this guy likes to play tug of war and I need the extra room.

This octopus is fantastic! It’s our puppy’s favorite toy. (He’s a tiny dog, 4 lbs, we got the small octopus.) It bounces great, and since it has eight legs, the bounce is unpredictable, and he sometimes growls at it since it moves funny. It’s light, so kids can throw it across the house without hurting any furniture. The squeaker is not annoying. It’s held up well the past couple of months, but he’s not an aggressive chewer.

My dog absolutely loves this toy! -- and I love that it is 100% natural, eco-friendly and non-toxic. I've often wondered what materials other pet products are made from. This little octopus is a very clever design/shape--so many things for my pup to grab onto with his mouth. I really appreciate that the squeaker is not super loud! Loud enough to get my dog's attention in a second, but not at all annoying to me. I am very happy with this purchase. Just went back and ordered three more! I do have to say, tho, I don't know if this would hold up to a very energetic chewer, fyi. My dog is a 12-week-old Australian labradoodle, not an aggressive chewer at all. That would be my only word of caution; otherwise, I highly recommend!

Pup loves it and do do I. One of her favorites. It’s durable, she loves the tiny whole on one side that blows out air. The entertainment value is #1. It did take quite awhile to receive, but worth it!

Very happy with this purchase. My dog destroys everything everything everything. All his toys end up shredded. This one squeaks, but resists his jaw. And in addition, it seems that she likes it because she loves to play with it and for 1 week that she has it, it is not destroyed. In general, toys resist between 5 seconds and 2 days... I can only recommend this purchase which will delight your doggie and you to see him having fun.

This has outlasted many other dog toys. Its durable and still squeaks. Corgi's love it!

Love the lanco toy!! I hope to see more toys from Spain shipped to the US. So far great rubber toy. Surprisingly there is not a lot of noise from it.
