I honestly loved the book
Overall, I honestly loved the book. I just completed 1 year as a General Manager at a restaurant & reading this book just really tied everything together for me. Leadership is important to me & I believe it is a big factor is being a General Manager because you have to lead my example. So the leadership training in the book helped me out a lot & gave me good pointers.
