So I’ll admit, I bought this as a gift and didn’t get to MAKE the cheese so don’t look at my review to figure out the flavor, but as someone who has had vegan cheese, I don’t expect much anyway. This was more about being able to make it, which is the fun part. It came with everything needed and my friend was stoked to try it!

fun easy to make but end product looks nothing like you are expecting. wouldnt serve it to company

Yum! My favorite cheese flavor is pepper jack. I can make this as spicy as I like (or less spicy for my whimpy sister! haha!)

We used the pepper jack we made from this kit on nachos and everyone agreed it was delicious, including people who can eat dairy! As with other kits from Urban Cheesecraft, I love that these are easy to customize based on the varied food allergies in my family. Cheese for all!
