I grow my own Hot Peppers to make my own Hot Sauces. I cannot in all honesty say that I can make any hot sauces that comes close to TRUFF! It is the only one that I buy because my version of truffle Hot Sauces will never be as good as this!! The flavor is phenomenal and the versatility is unmatched.i bought the package of 1 regular Truff (which is the regular great tasting original Hot Sauce) with RED Label of Truff representing the “HOTTER SAUCE” using Habanero peppers but with that same truffle taste.I also bought just single bottles of the regular TRUFF and they came to me gift boxed which was great because i was giving it away to friends. The heat level is soft I think but the intensity is made with jalapeño peppers

This isn’t your average hot sauce—it’s like a party in my mouth where jalapeños and black truffle oil are the VIP guests. Warning: your taste buds may start demanding red carpet treatment. 6 oz may seem small, but trust me, this bottle goes a long way… if you can resist using it on everything.TRUFF, you’ve officially ruined plain hot sauce for me forever.

I randomly thought about “truffle hot sauce”, having never seen any. This was quite some time ago when I purchased my first bottle. Long story short, I now travel (even to local restaurants) with my bottle of Truff hot sauce. I’ve told so many friends about it that I joked that Taco Bell and Popeyes must’ve overheard me because they didn’t start serving Truff products until I began raving about this sauce. I even purchase bottles for friends and they get a surprise shipment at their doorstep. They have all called and raved about the taste.I will admit, I don’t really use this one foods in the place of Louisiana hot sauce, for instance. This has a slight sweetness that doesn’t properly “heat up” fried catfish, for example. Instead, I use it on pizza, certain pasta dishes, baked/broiled meats, French fries, and many other foods. I say that to say that this does NOT replace regular hot sauce — at least not in my opinion. But it does perfectly compliment a wide variety of foods.

TRUFF has become one of my go to hot sauces. It's not for everyone, as the truffle smell/taste is predominant. I prefer the Hot version of this to the standard one because I like spicy foods. On my scale of 0-10, I'd say this is a solid 6 out of 10 for spiciness. For me, that's enough to flavor the food without overpowering it. The more you have, the more it builds as well and a little bit goes a long way. The price is a bit more expensive than other brands but for me, it's worth it.

OMG this is sooo good! My sister put it on my eggs at breakfast one morning and I have been putting it on literally everything since.It's mild, slightly sweet, and has the perfect amount of truffle. And good truffle, not that imitation stuff that is overpowering and tastes processed.This is the gift I get for everyone now. Christmas, House Warming parties, Birthdays... Everyone always texts me back saying how much they love it. I even got the Italian chefs kiss once, "che buono."🤌🏽

I loved the "original" Truff sauce, a great mix of sweetness, truffle earthiness and moderate heat. I love it and would give it an easy five stars. So, I decided to try this hotter version. It's still a very good sauce, but, for me, the heat does overwhelm the other tastes, so that I can't sense the other flavors very much. So, I now make sure to only put only a tiny bit of it on every bite I eat with it. If the heat was just a little more tempered, I imagine that the other flavors would come out more, and I would give this an extra two stars. I guess your reaction to this would depend on just how hot you like your hot sauce; I love hot food, but this is just over the limit for me when I use it in the usual quantity of sauce per bite that I like best.

It has a good balance of heat, savoriness, and sugar, but not enough to justify the $15 per bottle price tag. Definitely more of an occasional treat rather than something you buy to regularly use on your food.
