The 3.0 range of rackets are designed for players of all swing styles, looking for a greater balance of power and control. The fully re-engineered frame shape of the 3.0 rackets feature a rounder, more elliptical head shape to enlarge the sweet spot.3.0 rackets also feature a Hybrid Cross Section, with an oval section in the head that adds greater stability and comfort in the shaft of the racket. This helps provide more power, without loss of control.The CX Grommets and a more ergonomic cross section in the racket hoop make the racket more aerodynamic, helping increase racket head speed through the air.Biomimetic rackets utilise three main technologies; BioFibre, AEROSKIN CX and MoS2 Grommets. BioFibre is stronger than steel and lighter than carbon, and each racket has stem fibres of this material woven into the shaft section of the racket. Upon impact this fibrous structure filters shockwaves by 18% to provide a cleaner, more solid, hit than a conventional composite construction.Dunlop has taken the concept of low drag surface and elevated through AEROSKIN CX. Engineered in a wind tunnel, this material smoothens turbulent air and reduces drag by up to 36% to provide greater racket head speed for more penetrative shot making.The MoS2 Grommets consist of wear resistant, self-lubricating polymers.
