Neuroturna Support Supplement with 600 mg Pure Alpha Lipoic Acid - 120 Capsules

This is the only supplement I’ve ever found. That helps stop the burning in my feet from neuropathy.

This particular product was bought and tried by my nephew. It actually works. He noticed the difference when he finished taking the two bottles and I reordered it for him. The price is great. The nutrients in this product works. Great product!

This product is incredible, I don't regret buying it! My sciatic nerve pain in my entire left leg is disappearing. I've been taking this pain medication for a week, along with some gentle stretching exercises I created myself. I'm happy to see results after a week.

I tried this as a subscription item and took it for four months, expecting some benefit I could detect. At the end of 4 months I didn't notice any change or improvement in my foot neuropathy (less tingling, pain, etc.) so I stopped taking it. In fairness, perhaps I didn't give it enough time. However, since then I've done more research on ALA supplements and found that most products that DO NOT specifically label their ALA as R-ALA are usually S-ALA or a combination of R-ALA and S-ALA. This product does not specify which type of ALA is used, so I have to assume it's not the more beneficial (and expensive) R-ALA. I have since switched to a product that is stabilized R-ALA and am actually feeling some real benefit after only a month. Do your own research and make your own decisions. Some neurologists who recommend ALA supplements are very clear that R-ALA is the better form to take, as S-ALA (synthetic) is pretty useless, and S-ALA in combination with R-ALA negates the benefit of pure R-ALA. This neuropathy support product may actually be S-ALA, or contain R-ALA or a combination of R-ALA and S-ALA, but unless it labels it clearly in the ingredient list, I have to assume it's not pure R-ALA.

After finishing 60 capsules, I noticed some improvement from the onset of the tickling and the feeling of crawling ants; they were reduced by a 3rd. I ordered another bottle with the hope that with it, the nerve ailment would be totally eliminated or close to it.
