I finally managed to do it, but not by using the instructions, which when followed didn't work. I wanted to take the batteries out, because I hardly use a thermometer, but once you do, it will go back to C. I don't know if I'm going to like this product. If it was set at F then it would be very easy to use. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Bad instructions; not so simple to use *by S***O on March 28, 2019* The instructions aren’t very helpful AT ALL. I was able to switch it from celcius to farenheight bcuz a previous user described how it could be done. I tried using it but still have aome questions that the instructions didn’t answer; like why is the farenheight light blinking? Why doesn’t my unit beep like the instructions say it should?
