Very happy! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful sound, handy pick up, and excellent customer service *by M***S on April 19, 2020* Update: The tuning hammer arrived broken, but I contacted the seller about this. They responded immediately and sent me an entirely new accessories package which included a new tuning hammer. Based on this response and my reading of other reviews (one said they sent him a full replacement for an instrument that had a crack), if you receive an instrument with any issues, I would recommend contacting Moozica to resolve them. My kalimba now sounds full and resonant. Personally, I might prefer a satin finish to the glossy one, but I have no complaints about the sound and quality of this instrument. So much so, that I have also purchased Moozica’s larger alto kalimba, and am very much looking forward to receiving it soon. Original review: Beautiful sound and craftsmanship, but the tuning hammer was broken (the striking head was broken off and missing), which means I’ll have to find other way of tuning it. The instrument arrived mostly in tune, but about half of the notes are a little sharp. The pickup is quite nice - it enables you to amplify, record, and process the sound.
