It does not move but still absorbs my sweat so well. It soaks up moisture so that your towel doesn't feel soaked throughout class. The fabric is not a microfiber so it keeps you cool instead of making you even hotter as most microfiber towels do. I ordered another one as soon as my first class with this towel was over. It has tons of rubber bumps so it stays perfectly in place. I use a cork mat and this is the only towel that stays put throughout the entire 75 minute hot power vinyasa class. Even when I roll over my toes in downward dog it stays put. I waited until after washing and drying it in the dryer before posting this review because I wanted to see if that would have any affect on the towel but it was perfect again.
