I've had my 220 volt charger for almost 2 months now. This is a high quality product. I've had no problems using it from my garage dryer outlet. It is 50 ft long and lets me charge 3X faster than before. I can now charge outside the garage and the price is 3 excellent. For a minimum cost they will supply you with an adapter that goes from your dryer outlet to their charging cable. I highly recommend this product, especially if you need extra length from the outlet to your vehicle. It barely gets warm and seems to pose no threat of fires.

I ordered the 50’ length in hopes I could plug into my dryer outlet and not have to hardwire in a house I may not be in more than a year. Everything came as promised except that I was a doofus and mistakenly ordered wrong plug style. Fortunately the seller was AWESOME and sent me the correct plug style right away, no charge, and only asked I return the wrong one to them.When I received the right plug, I plugged it in to my 2019 Chevy Volt and everything appeared to be working great! But what was astounding is that it overdelivers and is EASILY 4X FASTER than the regular charger my car came with. I haven’t timed it, but can go from empty to a full charge in right about 3 hours, and that is FANTASTSTIC. Voltage is stable, no breaker issues, and a super long cord to make it around my house into my driveway. THis turned out PERFECT!! Thanks guys!

I love that it’s 50 feet!! I live on the second floor in a rural area, so I use my dryer outlet to recharge about once every 2 weeks for my schedule. It’s definitely not as fast as a supercharger, but it’s way faster than a regular 3-prong outlet. It takes about 12 hours to fully recharge from my dryer outlet, and 24 hours on a regular one. I store it in the bottom of the trunk underneath my other standard chargers. Fits perfect! Way cheaper on my energy bill than supercharging too.

Based on the product description, this should have worked for my Toyota RAV4 Prime. Unfortunately, the J1772 connector will not attach to the vehicle's charging port. I called Primecom.Tech, and the guy who answered the phone claimed the pins in the charging port of the RAV4 Prime were slightly thicker than those on standard ports that take J1772 connectors. I found that claim dubious, as I have had no problem with using public charging stations (those connectors attach just as easily as the one that came with my vehicle).Anyhow, he said the company obtained some connectors from the same manufacturer in Korea that supplied Toyota with parts, and he would send me a replacement unit made with one of those connectors. After a second phone call, several text messages, and almost two weeks of wasted time, I did not receive a replacement unit, and the guy did not respond to my two text messages asking for a shipment tracking number (so much for his claim that it would take longer to do an exchange through Amazon). I ended up returning the unit for a refund through Amazon and buying a different brand (which BTW fit my vehicle's charging port).

We have had the charger for 6 months without issue. I charges our 20kw battery pack on our Outlander PHEV without issue. Yesterday, it would not work ans set of the alarm. I caled customer service, we discssed the issue, and they showed me where an cklip had been slightly bent and how to correct. Works perfectly again. The customer service was fast, efficent and very plesant to deal with.

Bought my first EV (Hyundai Ioniq 5). Needed a charger that would work on my unused dryer outlet. The cost to have a new line ran up to the front of the garage was way too much after buying the car. The extra length allows me to plug it into the back of the garage, run it through the garage, and even enough too not have to back into the driveway. It charges the car at a nice and safe rate and with my Solar & battery, I can charge the car for free: USING THE SUN (last picture). Compared to other units it seems expensive but the cost of having an electrician do a ton of work + moving shelving units along the wall…. Then having to spend roughly the same amount on a similar unit made this price a little better.Literally the only Con I have is the way it was wrapped took effort to untangle. Made me feel like that scene from Christmas Vacation where he hands the son the ball of Xmas light and says “hmm but of a tangle here”

This charger works great with my Nissan LEAF. So far it has charged my car with no issues. The LCD screen is handy to keep up with charge rate, voltage in, and KWH used. I opted for the 50-foot version with the NEMA 6-30 plug. A nice bonus is that the plug end is an adapter and is removable. The included instructions tell you how to purchase additional plug adapters so that you don't have to buy a whole new charger just to gain the ability to plug in to a different type of outlet. I've purchased one other adapter type so that I can take the charger with me and use on a different type of receptacle at work. You can also purchase a 5-15 plug adapter (which is the standard 120V plug) for slow charging where 240V outlets are not available.

The charger is great! Shipping was spot on!! Mounted to the wall easily. I purchase a plug holder to secure and protect the plug. It functions great, the charge data is displayed after the charge telling you the amount of power and time used to complete the charge. After learning how to use the charging scheduler on my new RAV4 Prime I plug it in early evening and set it to be finished when I am ready to leave! In the morning I record the time and KWH's used before I unplug it so I can calculate my charging costs! I was concerned that the charger was using power while idle so I contacted the product support and they responded right away telling me that it uses very little power when idle less than a single light bulb uses in a year. Several times I have experienced a trouble code (red light) after a minor power outage, the charger said a ground fault was detected. I reset breaker and have not had any problems!! Great charger!!
