I received this towel yesterday and this morning I purchased 3 more. Excellent weight and weave in a Turkish towel. They can be so useful, particularly while traveling. They can be used as a blanket, scarf, wadded up as a pillow, or as a towel. The burgundy is beautiful, of a rich, muted, color. It is already soft and will only become more so with use and washing. As much as possible I purchase natural fibers and this is 100% cotton! An excellent and quality product that I can highly recommend. I have paid more for a Turkish towel but this is the best quality I have seen. Purchase soon, I am thinking of getting more as gifts!

I ordered 2 Catalan Pestemals. Both the exact same. One was significantly smaller and had runs and pulls in it. It was tough and not like the others I have ordered.The second one showed up 2 days later was big, soft and great quality. I believe one was a knock off and the other genuine. Disappointing such a big quality difference and that there are knockoffs being sold.

The pictures on amazon looks better than real. Very thin. Not really getting softener as use. I'm using this as bath towels now, but I don't know if I am happy or not. Regular towel is more comfortable. Good thing is that it doesn't take space at all in a laundry machine because it is very thin.

Color isn’t what I expected... it is more of a berry color. It also seems more like a shawl or scarf.

While it’s very soft and seems durable, it’s not at all big. It’s almost five foot in length but only two feet in width. Not worth the money spent for such a small towel.

I love love love these towels. I use them as a bath towel, a shawl, a cover up, a picnic cloth, a skirt... you name it. They are so beautiful and luxurious. Each wash they become even nicer. And living in a rainforest, these dry extra fast. I have replaced all my bath towels with these.

Ordered 2 of these for a vacation sailing around the BVI's and they were perfect! They're a dream for packing light and dry incredibly fast. I had my doubts that I would like a towel that's so thin, but I was pleasantly surprised at the absorbency and convenience of such a light towel!
