This particular mask does make a difference, if you use it as described in the manual.The mask is very well made, feather-light and very easy to operate.Unlike few other similar products, this does not require anything else to purchase overt time. Ones you got it, you got it all.The product includes all required components and additional protective goggles. I personally use the mask without goggles and have no issues with the light intensity.Having definite skin improvements after my first 10 days and No side effects of any kind.I don’t have serious acne issues but my skin became more even and smooth, definitely hiding the age.Bottom line:Reasonable priced, Quality product that actually works. However when I had numerous breakouts, it was kinda a pain to do each spot. This mask takes care of that and makes it possible to do my entire face in ten minutes. I feel like it helps with prevention as well. It’s nice to have the option for the red or orange lights in a single product, as red helps with aging and orange reduces the appearance of old acne scars. I do the blue light every day and alternative the other two colors for a total of 20 mins each day. My skin looks the best it has In years in only a few weeks. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Anti aging led mask at a great price! *by C***Y on March 3, 2019* I had had an led mask before and it broke. I decided I missed doing an led facial so I began looking for a replacement mask and after many months I found this one and LOVE IT! It's so much better than my previous one. Lightweight yet sturdy, can use with or without goggles, has all three light therapies (which I tend to do all three as I wind down to sleep). I love that there's no bulky battery pack and I did replace the cord with a longer usb cord so I could be farther from the wall plug. It exceeded my expectations in quality and price and I'm thinking I should buy another just to have it! Since I have had a led mask before and used it regularily for a couple of years I believe I can speak to validity of the benefits these light therapies purport. I'm 50 and my skin looks better than it did in my 30's. I believe the infrared has truly stimulated the collagen and elastin so there is less sagging, more fullness. I didn't have the blue LEDs on my last mask so I'm intrigued to see how they will head off any breakouts etc. It seems that experts are finding that chronic inflammation is the root of so many problems and the blue LEDs are meant to reduce inflammation.Since buying this mask I have been doing all three 10 min each light therapies at night just before sleep. It's very relaxing and it's a perfect wind down to sleep. I also think this mask is a great addition to the dermarolling I do weekly or bimonthly for its anti aging benefits.
