Unfortunately I broke the first pair of these. I was travelling and put them in a travel case for jewellery but it was a soft one. When I went to put them on, one of the earrings wouldnt do up, had bent it unfortunately. But loved them so much I have repurchased. Will buy a hard jewellery travel case to put them in next time!

Brought as a Christmas present, there was a fault with one earring, the company were easy to contact and very quickly dealt with the issue ensuring a replacement was received in time for Christmas, very quick and efficient company to deal with and the earrings are lovely.

It's been a rough year and my other half has done a lot for me. I couldn't really afford much but I looked at these and thought she would like them and so I purchased them as a way of saying happy Christmas, and thank you for everything. But, as seems to be the case with my life at the moment, one of the earrings was really loose at its hinge. And was not aligned properly when compared to the other one so I had to request a return and ordered another pair. Well yesterday the new pair arrived and low and behold, one of the earrings in the new pair was also loose at the hinge as well as being misaligned. I'm guessing that there is or was an issue in manufacturing and instead of correcting them there and then they were being spread out with perfectly good ones as a way to mitigate costs. I don't know if this the case. I am just speculating. In the end I kept the good earrings from each box together and put the poorly manufactured ones in the other for the return. I could have just sent them both back at the same time but I wanted to make sure my other half had at least something from as a token of appreciation at Christmas.

After 1 month one of the earrings broke - the hinge is broken and will no longer shut. For a £20 pair of earrings do not feel this is acceptable. A beautiful pair of earrings but disappointed

Lovely product but they did hurt my ears for days due to the part you put through your ears being quite thick. I’ve had my ears pierced since I was a baby !

Ich habe mir die Ohrringe für mich selbst bestellt. Die Größe ist wirklich optimal für mich... nicht zu klein und auch nicht zu groß. Das Material ist toll und gut verarbeitet. Der Verschluss öffnet sich nicht so einfach, so ist ein verlieren der Ohrring nicht so schnell möglich. Ich würde die Ohrring jederzeit weiterempfehlen und vergebe 5 Sterne.
