I’ve had to deal with no less than 7 customer service reps at desertcart , some lying to me saying my refund is just 3-4 days away, and now being told I have to wait another 2 weeks. I have a friend that ordered an expensive ( cost more than my item ) table and chair set that they wanted to return because it wasn’t exactly what they thought it would be. desertcart told them to not return it, just keep it as a good will gesture, and they would send a similar replacement …. The most important thing with this is to measure the compressed length of your old unit not the extended length. I made that error.
