Essential Korean Grammar: Your Essential Guide to Speaking and Writing Korean Fluently!

I use Rosetta Stone and sometimes struggle to work out what some of the words mean, even with the picture assitance and a lot of this is due to the subject marking particles etc used in Korean. This book has already been an invaluable referance point for any struggles I've had, as well as being incredibly informative as a read by itself and in its own right (as it was intended). If you're looking for a book that will genuinely help you with Korean grammar and not just push more vocab on you then, no matter what your level of speaking experience, this book is a must buy.

Una grammatica non destinata a chi vuole compiere i primi passi. I contenuti sono usufruibili a chi ha già raggiunto l’intermediate plateau. L’utilizzo della trascrizione in romanji la trovo inadatta e priva di senso, dato che la conoscenza dell’alfabeto Hangeul è una delle competenze di base richieste per chi si avvia nello studio della lingua. Ho apprezzato la distinzione degli elementi di grammatica in speaking and writing, che porta alla conoscenza del corretto uso dello scritto ed orale.

I immediately fell in love with this grammar book. Not only are the lessons clear and easy to understand (best geared for Korean learners at least at upper beginner level, imo), but the writer is WITTY and CLEVER. Each lesson is fun to read, simply for the author's writing style. I have laughed while studying, making the experience that much more enjoyable. Korean students should have this book in their library. it's a must!

Wer keine Probleme mit Englisch hat, kann sich dieses Grammatikbuch zulegen. Es hat alles was ein Anfänger und Fortgeschrittener benötigt, um der koreanischen Sprache näher zu kommen.

ouvrage utilise, mais approche pas très rigoureuse et plutôt fouillis. Utile néanmoins pour s'y référer de temps en temps lorsque l'on a besoin d'exemples, mais ne permet pas un apprentissage systématique.
