Just what it claims
My faucet began leaking a very small amount at the base of the spout. Found this one which looked like my almost 20 year old faucet. An exact duplicate! I was pleased that the connections all matched the existing. These are ALL plastic parts including the spout, which is what you should expect for the price. I would rate this as "builders hardware" quality although the first one made it for almost 20 years.

It’s all plastic!
Total waste of money. Every part of this is cheap plastic. Might have cost less than $5 to make in China.

Replacement tub faucet
Easy to install, just beware parts are plastic so cross threading or over tightening can happen. Hand tightened first.

Too small to replace original
It’s way smaller than the one in my home . It has plastic valves under knobs. It want work in the replacement of my old one .

Good product
Didn't like the hoses that came with it but they worked. Hoses wasn't very flexible but for the money it worked and fixed our garden tub in our double wide.
