I am 6'4" tall and around 375 pounds. I ordered the 5XL and it fits perfectly. I like a bit of extra length in my shirts and the length is perfect. Not too tight, not too baggy, decent material, good design. A great shirt overall. I would, and probably will, buy more shirts form this company.
