I wanted to prep some cheeses for Christmas/New Year's, so I picked up this Hpory Smoker Tube. The tube is exactly as described, and is constructed from high-quality, durable stainless steel. I expect to use this many, many times without durability concerns.I don't have a propane torch, so I microwaved the top 1/3 of the pellets and was able to hold a BBQ lighter for 90-120 seconds to get a good flame going. I let it burn for 2-3 minutes and then blew it out. The tube provided consistent, clean smoke for ~4.5 hours, and I think the finished product speaks for itself. Highly recommended. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm impressed...
