I like how it folds down. When I received this cup I tested it by putting water in it and turning the cup upsidedown over the sink. When the lid is properly secure, the cup can be held upsidedown with liquid inside with no spillage. I didn't test this with hot water though.Additionally, when you have a hot beverage in the cup it might be beneficial to have a cup cosy around the cup. While it is possible to handle the cup, it gets very hot and it is just nicer to have a cosy protecting your hand. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great cup for the car!! *by H***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 June 2017* Great cup for the car, mainly because it is rubber/plastic so if it falls into the footwell or I throw it onto the back seat, it isn't going to break or smash.Capacity:Well you can see from the pictures that it holds as much as my cups do from the house (filled a Denby cup and poured it all into the mug)Conclusion:The seal is a good one on both the lid itself but also on the sipping hole so no leaking or spillages there.It doesn't collapse that much (again look at the pic's) but it is robust and very easy to handle and cleanThere is a ring of more solid plastic that runs around the centre of the mug so this will keep you from burning yourself if you have hot coffee in it and are constantly holding it.
