Hi guys. What are you supposed to do with the pigtail wires? Please explain to me why there are already wires in these connectors.

They’re for people who don’t have experience with inserting pins into the connector shell. They can just butt splice the wires. It also helps keep the conductors aligned by color.

Just one male and one female. They do appear to be good quality though.

Perfect for what I needed.

I used this to replace a obsolete plug on my aging lawn mower and knew this was going to be a quality plug. I used it to wire my voltage regulator on the engine and couldn't have found a better made plug to use.

I am using this on a hood mounted tachometer on my '67 Buick Special. Not much to say as far as installation goes. It is a nice solid, weatherproof connection for most any 3 wire connection.
