are these gapped at 0.4 and are these able to be gapped to a different size?

i belive i double checked and they are all pre gapped very accurately. i dont remember if its gapped at 0.4 but i know for sure you can re gap them to whatever spec you want. I think on my bmw the pre gap is narrower but i installed them anyways due to the gap might widen as you hit more miles? so it will still be within spec. I was told a little narrower gap creates better jump of current so i might have an increase of 1 or 2 hp?
