Geyser is perfectly fine in terms of heating
Within an year, My geyser was leaking. It took almost 10days to fix. Kind of frustrating service, they wanted to just disconnect the call everytime when we speak with Chennai Venus Customer service. Geyser is perfectly fine in terms of heating.

Heater with coil problem... Total waste of time and money
Received the product which is not working condition.. when checked with the Venus service center, they said coil gas to be changed.. totally unhappy with the supplier...
