Shock mount is too small and not fitting
Today I received the shock mount which I ordered but it is not fullfilling my need . So I want to return that and I contacted customer care and the Staff Yogita done all the process very well and I am very much satisfied of her service …

Pretty sturdy.
Be sure about the size of the ring that you'll need. I wasn't so it did not fit (Rode NTA) and i had to return. Otherwise the quality was great.

The media could not be loaded. 1st time ordered, found little bit defect. Replacement got within one day & now it seems to be a good product. Worth buying & good customer supportThe above was my first feedback. Now no more it’s working not even used one year properly
