Ritek/Traxdata 8X DVD+R DL White DVD-R (50 Units, Double Layer)

I have purchased these discs on numerous occasions and they are of good quality. Some reviews seem to suggest that this is not the case, however in my experience, I have only had 2 discs that didn't work - not bad out of 400. Would recommend.

the dvds are of good quality.arrived well packed and on time.my only criticism is they don't come in a cake box.once you have cut the packing away you are left with 50dvds and that is all,would have paid more to get a cake box,remember to keep your empty boixes in future.still good value though.

Have burned around 10 - 15 DVDS on my Mac Book Pro external LG DVD burning drive and only 1 unsuccessful - this is only because I was using an internet browser at the time and moved my mouse about. I find that by not using or launching any applications during the burning process would increase the rate of successful burns. I am really happy with the success rate of 100% (achieved only when I do not interrupt the burning process) using this media. Only down side is that the product doesn't come with a DVD spindle box.

The discs came without a tub so be aware of that when ordering. The discs themselves though are of pretty good quality. I find that they burn very well using Ashampoo burning studio 10, every disc has burnt well so far and I am about 1/4 way through them. I have no coasters yet and don't expect any. Printing the discs has also gone very well. They take the ink well and look great. Using my Epsom R300 the ink dries virtually straight away. I always leave them for a couple of hours before storing them away but sometimes have done it straight away and had no trouble. I sometimes check the disc has burnt correctly after printing and this has also been fine with no spreading of the ink.

Having researched into the disk options for dual layer DVD burning for some time, I weighed up the good and bad reviews and went for these. Really pleased so far, as I have burned nearly a third of them using Toast on my Macbook Pro (2011) without one dud disk or problem, all DL. This is archiving important files and data only, and not movies, but as DVD technology has been tried and tested I feel that the my information is safe for the future. Excellent product for a very good price.

Not a single failed burn (4x) on 50 of them with my Pioneer BDR-203BK. No read problems either with any of them. Long term stability is unknown yet for me and people have been warned off Ritek with their long term instability problems in the past but perhaps this has been resolved. Even so these are a bargain, for a previous die-hard Verbatim consumer.

This is cheap for a reason. If anyone it contemplating to buy, I advise do not waste your money and time. I have edited several videos as such I have used DVDs for quite a while. This has been the worst if there was a way to rate negative I would have given the last mark in negative. I have burnt several DVDs and each one has a problem. Out of 50 none has given any good result. I will go back to Verbatim.

I have a lot of old films and photos that i needed to back up, i didnt want to use the normal 4gb dics as they dont have enough space on the for what i needed them for. I came across these bad boys, they work spot on! every burn 100% successful, my drive is a LG blueray light scribe. many thanks great product : )

E' la prima volta che acquisto questi DVD, utilizzati per DVD video. Masterizzati a 4x non hanno tradito le mie aspettative.

Son baratos pero a la larga salen bastante caros las verificaciones son una lotería, lo mas curioso no es que detecte problemas de grabación si no errores del propio disco
