The Tailors Classical and Infallible Text Book of Cutting all Garments Worn by Men, Women and Children

The book has a lot of useful information in it. It is a bit dated but can support someone in their sewing efforts I'm sure. Keep in mind that this book is a reprint. I would buy this book again.

More technical than expected but fascinating

A very interesting book that explains not only how to produce patterns for traditional outfits but also why each proportion/measure is appropriate, something I have often wondered about but never had explained to me. It is not, however, for the faint hearted.

It's undoubtedly a great historical resource but of little practical use. The diagrams are fuzzy and confusing.
