Excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for. I researched postnatal vitamins, and this one stood out for its ingredients and plant-based formula. It doesn’t make me feel yucky, and I don’t mind the cardboard-like taste. The price is good for the quality, and I feel confident taking it while breastfeeding. Overall, a solid, reliable, and gentle supplement. They are a little weird to swallow becaus etehy are little big. Energy don't see a difference which im not mad at.

Value worth it! Milk supply and energy level increased. I needed extra boost of minerals and vitamins due to medical emergency. I wished I would of discovered them for my prior pregnancies and post deliveries to have helped.

[EDIT] After getting a defective product the first time I ordered these postnatal vitamins, Amazon sent me a replacement right away which I really appreciated! I’ve been taking these vitamins for about 2 months now: I’m pumping milk every day for my 5-month old, while working. I think these vitamins are quite effective because I’ve always gotten more breast milk than my baby needs (and he drinks more than the average baby), and usually milk production tends to decrease when pumping every day and working. They have more calcium and less iron than other vitamins which is why I chose them to maintain my milk supply. Full disclosure though, I’m also taking some fenugreek every day, but still, I still these vitamins are doing a great job and I would recommend them for breastfeeding. [ORIGINAL REVIEW] This review is not about the product itself: indeed I didn’t get a chance to try it because the container was not sealed when it arrived. I mean the cap itself was wrapped in plastic as it should, but the protection that’s supposed to hermetically seal the container had come off (see pictures). It’s like the bottle was stored in a very hot place for a long time which caused the protection to unglue. I wish I could return it but I can’t since I had to remove the plastic wrapper to find out the product was not consumable. What a waste...

I bought my sister her vitamins; she told me they were helping her while she was breastfeeding her newborn baby.

I started taking these postnatal right after delivering my twins because I wanted to get my milk supply going while transitioning from my prenatal. I have been having diarrhea for the past 2 months and not sure what was causing it. I decided to order another bottle since my first one was running low only to research while it was en route that 45% of women who take fenugreek had diarrhea and it has laxative properties. I was in shock. I tried to return the new bottle once it was delivered to my door but I was not allowed to return it. So just a heads up if you’re considering buying this that there is a chance you may get chronic diarrhea like me. Just don’t want anyone else stuck with a large bottle they can’t get a refund on, especially given the price of these.

I really like these vitamins, I noticed that my hair stopped falling. And they don’t make me sick like that other ones were. They are easy to take. I like that they don’t have a flavor or after taste.

Work great, gives a good boost to breast milk production. I am very happy with the product. I had difficult pregnancy and most of the time I was loosing weight or gaining nothing for months so I was on prescription vitamins but after the birth my doctor did not recommend anything for me, even though I had c-section. Nevertheless after some research, talking to my OB and the breastfeeding clinic at my hospital they suggested finding post natal vitamins and I am very happy with these once. Have in mind you have to take 3 pills a day and make sure you are home and able to breastfeed every 2-3 hours because milk production is boosted and you can easily get swollen. I also use a pump and I recommend you have one if your baby is sleeping more than 3-4 hours a night. The other good thing I found out in time is that those vitamins do miracles for your hair. I have been using them now for 2 months an have no complaints. Bought a second bottle, very happy with the vitamins. Will switch the rest of my family to the brand. They are a little expensive but definitely worth.

Used different brands, but this is the best. In short time cant see difference. I dont know how but every bottle does its job. Had for women, pregnant and nursing. Definitely works. Just cant see difference after few days.

I noticed a huge difference in my milk supply when I started taking these vitamins. It didn't really help my postpartum hair loss but I definitely noticed a difference in other aspects and overall wellbeing. Would recommend this product to new mamas!

My partner took the prenatal ones and after giving birth was so glad that they also have a postnatal one. After taking those vitamins she felt more energised and less tired and her milk supply for our little one also increased.

Not so sure they are still good. There's a hidden label underneath the new label. Are they selling old stuff???? Contacted the manufacturers, will see what they are going to say. But for me it's a no no. Took them before and packaging was good and it really worked. Felt really good while taking them. This time i am not sure if i should consume them as i am breastfeeding. Please mark it as helpful so we can see if anyone else receiving this kind of packaging. Update: they have replied pretty fast. So hopefully it's all good.
