Can I use this on a tarp that is for a rv awning?

I dont think nitrocellulose lacquer should be sprayed on fabric. It is mostly used on wood (guitars). It drys to a hard brittle finish, applying many sprayed coats, and would definately crack and flake with the slightest flexing.

Can this be brushed on?

Can I use this on a concrete table?

Yes as long as it is for an indoor surface. This is not an exterior sealer.

Can this be used to seal wallpaper to make it waterproof and able to be wiped down?

Good afternoon, The majority of wall paper is coated so it can be cleaned. Typically many are vinyl coated whereas out product contains more nitrocellulose than vinyl, which is not waterproof and should not be wiped down wet on a consistent basis. If you wanted to try anything, I would recommend the High Performance Acrylic Aerosol, M102-0040, as it sticks to many finishes that our other aerosols wouldn't and it has a much greater water resistance. Of course we always recommend testing the product since this wouldn't be a typical application we would have tested this product for. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
