I ordered size 2-3T which is supposed to be 52 cm. The hat I received was labeled 52 cm, but the actual measurement was 48 cm, which is two sizes too small. Since many reviews say this is true to fit, I suspect mine may have just been mislabeled, so quality control may be lacking. I'm returning and ordering another 2-3T, since that's the size I want, and will update this review if I get the right size.Update: No joy. Replacement cap is exactly the same size.
