Great Book
I read this book twice and absolutely loved it. Definitely has given me a new perspective on how I think about certain life situations. If you’re an over thinker this book will really help you dive deeper into why.

Good read, informative
''This book would be good for any woman to read, not just those who overthink. I like the personal stories be because they give you a really good example of what overthinking looks like and ways to change your habits. This will be a good tool for anyone to use in dealing with life and all it's choices

Informative
This book addresses how ruminating affects our behavior. I had experienced an extreme lack of empathy during an emergency surgery at a so called top hospital. I was so upset with the way that the doctor talked to me that I could not stop ruminating regarding his unkind attitude. I was so shocked that I was not able to address the issue for almost a month. I really found this book to be especially helpful in making me realize how ruminating does not help get the problem resolved.

Nothing special
It’s a book full of what I believe is common sense to those of us who overthink. I was hoping to find something that would give me insight or a view I’ve never had before. Overthinkers know why they over think and what we can do to try and slow it down but I guess there is no fix-all. This book is proof of that. If you’re new to the feeling and aren’t sure what’s going on then get the book. It could help if you’re new to what’s going on. Just not for me.

Super well explained
Super well explained. I found it on a recommendation in an article of Real Simple magazine of women that think too much. This was like an eye opener for me. I realized there are more people feeling this way, and you have to learn how to not let those thoughts make you feel bad or angry, and be more open to other reasons. It sounds really easy just reading it but with practice you can learn to not think too much and live a happier life.

A good guide on how to stop women from overthinking from differentexercises, which will help. Also it gives different ways from cases ofwomen who overthink. Worth a read.

Women Who think too much!
I have only begun to read this book! But this book has already give me so much insight on how women over think EVERYTHING and how that over thinking can DESTROY every aspect of our lives! It is an unfortunate but true fact that from a very early, impressional age, women are conditioned and raised to overthink EVERYTHING too much! No wonder so many of us experience BURNOUT! This book is another gem!
