Good for arrow dart frogs
this product is amazing from plants if a bio active is set up correctly and has grown (Planty) of plants inside my enclosure and lasts a long time for what it costs and has even sprouted seeds and spores for me but would defiantly recommend for plant growth and frog necessities.
