Very good quality item and it holds the urine for the whole night. It's very easy to use and fits well. Thickness perspective it's little thick but protection is 1st priority. Hence, it's very good item for people who has some issues with urine leakage. I truly recommend this item for their trial. Price wise, it's economic compared with other products.

I always buy this product for my grandmom with partial paralysis and it is really a satisfaction to see the comfort it offers. She doesn't seem to have any problem with it's usage as it's absorbancy is quite nice. It's really easy to use both before and after. Product received in a very good packaging. We are using Kare in diapers for my grandmother since 2 months now. - The texture is soft. -They are comfortable for her to wear. -We were facing problem with the size earlier with other diapers. But kare in diapers provide a good size dimension in XL size. -Good absorbency. Overall a very nice product. Tip : In case of diaper leakage use Kare in underpads. They absorb well and prevents bedsheet from getting wet.

KarIn Diapers are of a good quality. They have a good absorbency power. We have been using this for my grandmother who is 80+. She feels comfortable in them. Moreover, the adhesive and stretching is also good, so it is not affecting the skin. It does not leave any marks on the skin also. Really good to have. They have a longer duration absorbency power and does not release foul smell while removing off.

Tapes adhesion is insufficient , peels off very soon. Otherwise premium is fine, better than the overnight which is too flimsy

Lasts through th night, no leakage. For a patient who is semi conscious. It has worked better compat d to the pants type. If something could be done about reducing the smell when not soiled, it would be good..

This time the diapers are not of good quality. Either they are ripped from back or the sticky tape is not sticking properly. I have always had good things to say about your diapers but this time all 6 packets have bad diapers. Very disappointed.
