I was looking for something to help detox my skin,and help with acne.The first night I received it I put some on my arm to check for allergies, as instructed. No allergies! Now, I apply it once every couple days to my problem areas, my forehead and nose. I do it at night after getting out of the shower and leave it on for 20 minutes. Then I wash it off and add my antibacterial moisturizer. So far I've noticed the blackheads and under-skin bumps have started to surface and form red marks before scrubbing away over the next few days. This is good!If something changes I'll update my review, but I like it so far.
