I knew I was ditching the Dolby Atmos and 5/7 channel sound streams to give a true surround sound when I thought of buying the Soundbar 700, but man does Bose offer some precise acoustic engineering to this piece of hardware.The equipment works on the stereo sound of 2 channels only, but the Bose Phaseguide technology gives a simulation of surround effect imitating sounds emission from multiple directions.The Bass is okayish, good enough for a soundbar and good enough to be played in an apartment :) The Bass module definitely would add a lot more depth to the sound but I dont think thats needed and neither would my family be pleased with the extra bass if you knw what i mean :DNo issues in connectivity and not sure why people complain about Amazon music not playing in Ind (it might not show in the Bose app for some flaw they about to fix but outside the app it works perfect)!

The media could not be loaded.  Excellent sound stage.. Crisp and clear sound with mind blowing bass. Pls buy the Bass module 700 to enjoy utmost like movie theatre..I have attached a video clip of trailer and song.Update: Removed trailer and added new song since you can add only 1 video as reviewJust a Note: Hear in at least 85% volume with headphone and feel the dynamic range it produces at end. I was looking for a sound bar for my room ..I considered loads of choices including Sonos, Yamaha , lg, Sony ... I already have Bose lifestyle system which is old now for todays technology , so I had some idea about the sound Bose is capable of making .. y is decided to go for this soundbar while chosing between Bose 500 , sound touch 3 ... I read lots review regarding all of them then finally decided to go with there latest and greatest (if they say so ) .I was a little scared as I have not heard a sound bar before was not sure if I should have ordered a bass module along .. but I decided to try it out without it . Finally it came home on time thanks to amazon .Setting it up was no problem at all .. I had seen videos on youtube the night before for installation which were very helpful so I would recommend strongly that if u are getting one watch some videos before installation . It needs to be done in a certain manner if you will follow it step by step you will have hassle free installation .well once everything was good to go I took a while a did a set up of universal remote that come along with sounder 700 ..it is a very good looking remote only drawback I find it to be heavy and the buttons have no tactile feel on them ..rest it worked like a charm .. I dont need other remote then this to operate my tv , cable box , sounder n fire stick . I wish they has a mic in the remote for voice recognition feature this would have been perfect thing with it .well getting along I started by playing some deep bass instrumental music and frankly I was not disappointed at all ... it was clear good sound ... the application lets you control bass / treble n centre channel for vocals which I found to be very good .. the application was smooth in performing all the tasks as well .I can see where Bose is heading they want to create a system in which the customer can keep upgrading with time without the fear of discarding their old system.If u r looking to but something for your personal use and dont want to spend a lot by going to high ended branded speakers then look no further .bose is very good if not the best .. I am happy with it .I will again suggest dont forget to watch videos on youtube about installation do's n don't . Goodluck Happy Listening.

Like:Awesome and unmatchable sound quality.You will now know, there were more beats in your favourite song.More than sufficient bass in the sound bar. Never felt a need for bass module.Dislike:Extremely High price.Limited connectivity options for little old generation led/lcd tv. I had xbox, so managed to connect with optical cable.Initial setup was tedious and it took some good research to understand where and how to start.

This is my 4th Bose Collection which I am proud of now , I had apprehensions investing 80k for a soundbar when I already had Bose companion 5 speakers,this one takes movie watching and music listening to next level. You can feel the whirling sounds of aircraft,bullets from different corenoof the roo.. Just watch the "unbroken" movie to truly experience what this soundbar is capable of! The only sad part is ok Google does not work in India ,alexa works really well so does adaptiq settings brings richer experience,you will fall in love!

I have multiple Bose products but this one is superb, amazing. After Calibration, the sound bar is working perfectly with every corner of the living room. Play music from any app like amazon music, ganna, Spotify using the bar as a Bluetooth device. Or, directly play music from Bose music app. Or, connect it with TV using HDMI or optical cable.Wow. What a superb sound, clear voice. Universal remote is an additional advantage. In-build Alexa will help you to play music using your voice command. Only problem, google assistant is still not working in India although it’s updated in many country like USA, UK. Hope Bose will update for India soon.On time delivery by amazon. You guys are superb. Happy.

It’s only been a year and the bose remote for the soundbar has stopped working. When I called the bose customer care, they said they will check the availability and replace it for a premium cost of around ₹5000. It is not expected out of a premium product to stop working so soon. I would not recommend people to buy bose product.

Bose is known for great sound experience and this soundbar delivers it.Great sound, seamless connectivity with TV, mobiles, other bose smart speakers. Enjoy watching movies on this soundbar.Price is quite high but it delivers very good sound quality.
