They may cost a little more but well worth it
The Murphy's repellent is the best, I've bought the candles several times, if you don't like mosquitoes this is the best product on the market

easy solution for the 40 seconds to light issue...
This is great and it helps a lot and I can also burn it inside just inside open doors and feel like it is a completely safe product because of the natural ingredients. The one drawback is that it takes about 40 seconds to light it so you need to use a bic flame or lighter but not a match. I found a solution though and it is to wind some masking tape on the top of the stick to keep the flame going so that you don't have to stand there for the full 40 seconds. Note that the tape has several rotations of tape for a half inch above the stick.

Good Product! The holder for these works great!
These work. I have the candles too. I keep them off to the side and not directly in our faces and they really do seem to work. They sell holder for these, and I’d recommend that to do with these.

These really work!
I sit on my porch and the mosquitoes like to join me. To my great relief the mosquitoes do not bite me now. The stick is larger than a normal incences holder. You can put it in soil of a pot or modify the holder. Once I light the stick it smokes but I put it on the top of my railing. I can can live with the smoke smell because the mosquitoes are gone! Finally found relief! The stick handle is to large for a regular incense burner holder. I had to widened the holder hole. Or you could stick it in soil of a pot. I find I need to tap the stick to drop the ash so I can smell the magic smoke! It burns many hours. I stick the hot stick tip into a water bottle to put it out. The next day I break off the hard tip with paper. The tip is like charcoal. I am happy!

Beware!
My teenager lit one of these and put it in a planter (that had a tall plant in it) in the dining room. (I know they say not to use them indoors, but teenagers.) The incense burned down and out (it seemed!) and we all went to bed. This morning I wake up to a campfire smell, and find the plant in the planter tilted over. I pull the plant out of the soil, and there's smoke and embers everywhere. The planter was too hot to touch with bare hands. All night it had been soldering in there like an oven. So scary!!So two lessons:1) Teenagers still need adult supervision2) When the package says to put it in moist soil, they mean WET soil.

Love these!
I used these a lot last season for camping and patio sitting and plan to use them this year too. I think they really do work and they smell so nice. Sometimes I light one just because I wanna smell it and not because I have mosquitoes around.
