Reddit brought me here- but not for female milk ducts, but for male issues when on TRT. My husband's T levels were beyond super low when tested 120 (typically 300+) once on T they're 800+, and for whatever reason it can sometimes lower their volume and thicken the consistency when "getting there", ... so after reading some reddit forums I came across this supplement that helps women with clogged milk ducts and it's essentially the same thing for men- because both substances are high in "fat". It works. It works amazing. My husband takes it everyday. Within a few weeks, he has zero issues with "dispensing", volume has more than doubled, maybe tripled, consistency is no longer too thick, my husband is a beast in bed again, legit like we're in our 20s... just sayin...(we just turned 40 lol) pills are easy to swallow not huge, couldn't really find any downside to taking, or trying this supplement, so seems perfectly safe for any man with this issue.

This has been an hero product for me during my breastfeeding journey! The quality is really good and it’s extremely effective at helping your milk flow, productivity, and preventing mastitis (which I’ve had 3 times). You just kinda have to figure out your dose so it prevents you from getting mastitis. I was taking it three times a day which really helped when I did have it. Normally, I will just take it twice a day. It is easy to swallow gel cap even though they are a little big, no smell or taste, no after taste, and help with pain relief from engorgement. Highly recommend sunflower lecithin in a high dose like this from my obgyn and lactation.

Taking to help with my eyesight! Just starting so will know more when I have my next eye exam. My daughter said this was the ONLY thing that improved her eyesight. Her eyesight had always gotten progressively worse at each exam, until she started this.

As a breastfeeding mom who has battled painful clogged ducts and mastitis, I cannot recommend sunflower lecithin enough—and Carlyle’s version is incredibly effective at clearing them. Within 24-48 hours of taking these 2400mg softgels, I felt significantly better, and the painful lumps in my breast resolved. The potency seems great, and it really helped improve milk flow. However, I have to take off one star due to a major packaging issue. When I opened the bottle, it appeared that at least one, if not several, capsules had leaked or burst. As a result, every single pill in the bottle was coated in a sticky, oily residue. It is absolutely a mess to handle, making the morning routine frustrating as I have to wash my hands immediately after grabbing my daily dose. While I will keep using them because they work, I am disappointed in the quality control of the softgels. If you buy, just be prepared for a sticky mess, but know the product itself does what it promises to do for clogged ducts.

I have hyper-lactation and had 3 mastitis on my last breastfeeding experience, so I got this because Google recommended me lol It’s great! Since I started taking I didn’t even had a milk lump, the only things is; keep on a fresh area or it will get sticky and the pills are big, but the effect is great and it works

I have suffer from clogged ducts at least once/twice a month, which have turned into mastitis at least 3 times, and this has helped me so much. I don't know why i hadn't ordered this sooner. I am 7 months almost 8 months postpartum and don't know how i survived. They are a bit oily to touch, but thats fine. Whatever it takes to get the job done, as ibuprofen, hot/warm showers, cold/hot compresses, vitamin C, nor massages worked. As soon as I feel a clog, i take 1-2, and an ibuprofen and wait to nurse. It works like magic.

If you're a guy, then you know why I'm taking this. It works. It does what you've read about. I'm on T therapy, so I don't produce as much as I did when I was younger, but this makes up for it. You'll shoot like Peter North with this stuff. Just be sure to take 200mg of Pygeum every day with it and thank me later.
