Three coats looks fantastic
I did three coats with one gallon. Looks great, buts it’s only 3 days so not sure what durability will be . I did move a fridge and freezer onto it and don’t see any marks or scratches from rolling and repositioning so that’s impressive . Don’t plan on driving a car in there and with other products that’s the acid test. Just a note I did caulk cracks, acid washed , rinsed, and two coats of a concrete primer tinted to match the floor color. Then two coats of the primary color. Get a extension pole to make life easier and that angle ( standing up) allows you to see misses. Cut in edges with a brush. Did do 4x4 foot sections pretty much and had no problems with wet edges drying too fast. Water clean up so that was easy. One other observation, one coat wouldn’t work foe me and frankly I didn’t read the directions in regard to that but the shine just got better with 2 and I had just enough to do a third coat ( garage is a single). . Funny I just used a small two step step stool to put some things on a higher shelf and that thing has plastic or hard rubber feet. Almost fell on my ass as it is really slippery. Will find a stepper that has soft rubber feet.

Read the label people
Worked perfectly for me. 2 coats on top of rustoleum concrete paint with flakes. Looks great. For those that had issues, you did something wrong. The product is good. Worked as it should.

Satin not Glossy
SO I purchase this from one of the Big hardware stores (also purchase a second gallon here in Amazon), I did a small Patio in my home backyard (around +/- 150 square Feet) to improve the look of the floor, I am a little disappointed by the Rush-Oleum Top coat, I did the following:a) Power wash using a heavy industrial degreaserb) Apply Rust-Oleum Concrete Etch and Cleanerc) Power Wash Again to clean and wash the product from b.d) Wait two days for dryinge) Apply Behr 1 Gal. Concrete and Masonry Bonding Primer 880.f) Wait 24 Hours.g) Apply two coats (24 Hours in between) of BEHR 1 Gal. Tan 1-Part Epoxy Satin Interior/Exterior Concrete and Garage Floor Paint apply Rust-Oleum Flakes on the last coat.h) Wait 24 Hours for drying timei) Apply 3 coats (24 Hours in between) of Rust-Oleum 1 gal. Clear Concrete and Floor Topcoat (Mixed with 1 bag of rust-oleum anti slip)The end results look good, BUT I find two issues or gripes:A) The finish is not glossy at all (this is after 3 coats remember) actually the end results look more like a SATIN finish (I really wanted Glossy).B) The One gallon that I purchase does not cover nearly the 250 square feet that the factory claim, My area was +/- 150 square feet the one gallon Rust-Oleum Top coat when 100% on 3 coats on this area (150 ^2ft)So far the products are holding OK but like I say the biggest complaint I have in the finish (Satin not Glossy as the factory claim) and the coverage. So do I recommend this product??? , I will say YES if you are looking or are aware that you will have a Satin finish and the 1 gallon will do +/- 150 Square feet NOT 250 like they claim, Be ready to apply 3 coats (Minimum 2). I hope this help to somebody.

Ruined an otherwise nice epoxy application
I spent the better part of a month cleaning and prepping my basement floor with Rust-Oleum 301243 Cleaner and Degreaser and Rust-Oleum Clean & Etch before applying 2 coats of Rust-Oleum 1 gal. Armor Gray Satin Concrete Floor Paint. After painting each coat was given a week in between to dry/cure before applying the next coat (2 weeks total). The floor looked great, with even coverage, no tack, and no telegraphing of any residual stains or gunk that might have been deep in the concrete where the cleaners couldn't reach. I applied an even coat of RUST-OLEUM 320202 Gallon Clear Gloss Coating, with a 3/8 nap roller and gave it 24 hours to dry. And...The floor is just wrecked! The surface is still tacky and sticky. Any residue that had been locked deep in the concrete has now been drawn up through 2 coats of the floor paint coating to the surface of the top coat. Several areas have crackled the underlying gray epoxy (remember; 2 coats with a week to dry in between and another week to dry before adding the clear). The gloss surface at this point could be rubbed lose with your finger.I checked Rust-Oleum's website prior to purchasing the top coat to make certain that the products were compatible. For the price of the top coat this is completely unacceptable. I'm going to give it the rest of the week to cure and hopefully the tacky surface will go away. Though my past experience with Rust-Oleum enamel tells me not to be too hopeful. This is incredibly disappointing as up until this point I've been very satisfied with the other Rust-Oleum products I've used on this project. The floor paint and prep materials listed above had given great results up until the clear coat. I was so impressed with the initial tests of the floor paint I even used Zinsser WaterTite paint on the concrete walls (also a Rust-Oleum product). Not sure if I'll need to strip the entire surface or it it's possible to re-coat over the clear, but I'm going to need to do something else. A massive waste of time thanks to this one poor product.

Good Value for Clear Coating
My garage floor was professionally finished with the Rustoleum epoxy products. After a couple years I had some areas where the coating lifted. I scraped up those areas and re-applied the pain and chips to repair them. This clear rolled on perfectly to provide a topcoat to seal the repairs. It dries rather quickly and multiple coats can be applied in a single day.

I like the stuff. On second gallon
I love the stuff. Put on my patio over glossy latex exterior floor and deck paint. Seems to be holding up very well after about a month and it is definitely "gloss". Very glossy. You get the best gloss when you put the sealer on top of gloss paint. Ask me next year what I think.
